London’s Design Museum is enjoying record-breaking crowds thanks to Christian Louboutin’s exhibition,Jimmy Choo Pumps.

CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN’s debut UK retrospective has been named the Design Museum’s all-time most popular exhibition, breaking all previous visitor figure records with an average daily attendance of 910 visitors. The showcase has, to date, attracted 38,000 shoe fans – more than Manolo Blahnik in 2003 and Hussein Chalayan: From Fashion And Back in 2009.

Situated on the South Bank of the River Thames, the retrospective (the designer’s first) celebrates 20 years of iconic, red-soled Christian Louboutin shoes and design inspiration, and features a three-dimensional holographic version of Dita Von Teese as the centrepiece.

Celebrating 20 years of design,Cheap Christian Louboutin Pumps, the exhibition creates a ‘show’ experience inspired by the Frenchman’s theatrical designs.

All the five areas will branch out from the central ‘Showgirl’ area which is made from a 17 metre long red sole – a signature design feature of Louboutin’s footwear,Christian Louboutin shoes sale.

In a juxtaposed movie room, there is an animated film telling the story of Louboutin’s early life in France, and his journey into shoe design.

The exhibition includes a carousel,http://tomsshoeskids.tumblr.com/post/50977919872/michael-kors-purses-this-gucci-tote-is-amongst-the,Christian Louboutin Wedding Shoes, a helter skelter and an oversized spinning top as part of the dynamic display.

In celebration of his 20th year in fashion design, the exhibition also include the sub-exhibit of 20 of his most iconic designs which have been re-released for this anniversary year.

Everything from his glamorous embellished pumps, to studded trainers and fetishistic lace-up boots is included.

The response has been so overwhelming that museum bosses have decided to extend opening hours to accommodate the crowds. The exhibition will remain open until 9:45pm on 27, 29 and 30 June and 1 July.
